Why This Year's Cova Event Is Not To Be Missed!

A Letter from The Cova Project CEO

Cova supporters, it's been too long!

It's time we come together again so we can tell you everything we've achieved in the last two years and everything that we have coming up in the next 12 months and trust me, it's a lot!

When we tried to envision this event, we knew it had to be special and what is more special than International Women’s Day (IWD)? IWD is a chance to celebrate the incredible strides towards equality we’re making around the world and also reflect on the work still needing to be done.

We are so excited to spend IWD with you, in Sydney,  discussing what The Cova Project has achieved with your support and our future plans!

Having said that, we know events are a much bigger deal these days and we want to assure you that being COVID-Safe is our number one priority. We have sourced an incredible indoor-outdoor, urban oasis of a venue, with car park access AND street access, so if you never wish to step foot indoors, you don't have to. The venue has almost double the capacity that we'll be utilising so everyone can socially distance and enjoy the night comfortably. Masks and hand sanitiser will also be available at the door.

For those of you who've never attended a The Cova Project event, we do everything we can to put on spectacular evenings for our donors, to showcase our work and March 8th will be no different!

Our work continues to provide solutions for girls who, due to period poverty, would otherwise be unable to finish school and participate in life full time. We know the impact we have but we can't do it without your support. We’ve had a mammoth start to 2022 and it’s only February. With expansion plans, educational opportunities and funding surprises, we have so coming over the next 10 months.

So, come along on March 8th and join us, for an empowering and important night! We can’t wait to see you there!
